Where can I find my order history?
To view your Order History, go to My Account in the upper right corner of the screen and click on Order History. Here you can see all your previous orders.
Where can I see my actual plan?
To view or change your Plan, go to the My Account tab in the upper-right hand corner, then click Subscriptions and Contracts. From there you be able to see your active subscription or change your subscription.
Can I change my payment method?
To change your payment method, go to the My Account section in the upper right-hand corner, click Billing Information. From there you can add a new credit or debit card. All billing is done through the Stripe payment system.
Where can I edit my personal information?
You can edit any of your personal information in the My Account section of the website. Just go to My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site and click Contact Information. You can edit any of your personal information on this page.
