• Where do I find my contract after it was signed?

  Our Project Briefcase is dynamic; the contracts move between the tabs according with his status. The signed contracts can be found in the executed contracts tab.

• Can I resend an email to e-sign the contract if party 2 does not received it?

  Of course, in the “in progress tab” of the project briefcase you can choose who is the party you want to resend it.

• Can I download and print a contract signed for both parties?

  Yes, once the contract is in the last tab named executed contracts, you can download the contract and print it too. It is a valid legal document.

• The contracts can only be signed thru the email?

  No, if you are the party 1 of your contract you can e-sign your contract clicking on the three dots of the right of the contract in the in progress tab.

• Can I recall a contract if the information was wrong?

  Of course, if any of the parties have changes to do, the contract can be recalled in the options of the “In progress” tab. Once the contract has been recalled successfully you can find it in the “drafts” tab to edited wherever you need.
